# Drafter
|

Drafters prepare and create technical drawings using a special software or manual techniques, to show how something is built or works.
|

2. Consult with clients to determine functional or spatial requirements of structures.

5. Administer construction contracts.
|

6. Represent clients in obtaining bids or awarding construction contracts.

7. Design or plan construction of green building projects to minimize adverse environmental impact or conserve energy.
